It’s just a matter of preference. Of course, there’s always the option of the traditional buffet and sit down service when you have larger groups to feed. Just keep in mind, whichever meal you’re having and whatever you choose to eat, you should have the choice to have it made and delivered the way you want.

Wedding catering is all about making the bride and groom shine. My tip to any catering company in Houston is to create favorite foods of both the bride and the groom. Too often I see fancy finger food being presented that few people enjoy. I would say the same for wedding anniversary parties.
