What other crops instead of engagement rings?
My friend decided that it was not for rings engagement and wants to investigate that other cultures do when a couple gets engaged. Does anyone have personal experience, general knowledge, or websites I can look? Thank you! We want something symbolic but looking away from a ring of commitment. We want something meaningful, not stupid. Please answer seriously.
I searched and searched and this has been more or less everything I could find. Apparently, most of the crops used to make a kind of jewelry or other financial compensation and have now adopted the practice of the Western Ring engagement. Welsh tradition carved the spoon was the only thing I found was different.
