Know of anyone that makes Jamaicam wedding cake (rum) in north/east london or nr stansted? with modern design.
I know quite a few people that can make it but can’t decorate so any good cake decorattors would also be good
What we do
We specialize in making and decorating Fruit Rum Cakes mainly for weddings, within The Caribbean, West indian Community. We do not decorate other people’s cake.
Our business history
Back home in the Islands my mom made and decorated wedding cakes for anyone getting married in the community where we lived. She taught me how to bake and make all kinds of cakes and pastries. Over the years since I came to America, I made cakes for wedding and various other occasions. I never took it seriously as a business until a year ago.
If you are from the West Indies or any Caribbean Country you know how hard it is to find someone to make a good rum cake and especially finding someone on the web.
We have therefore decide to make a website where we can easily be found by West Indians and people of Caribbean heritage all over the world.
What makes us unique
We are unique in that all our cakes are made from scratch using fresh products, real eggs, butter, sugar and fruit. We do not use pre packaged stuff. Whenever you taste our cakes you know the difference. I do not like to use pre package cake mixes unless specifically asked to do so. References can be obtained by request.
