Length wedding ceremony and reception?
On average, what is the length of a traditional marriage. We are Christians and planning unit of sand (instead of a unity candle). Also, how long does it take for a reception. I mean, I know that the person, but how long a typical career reception too?, we expect to have our marriage around 3 or 4. If it takes 15-30 minutes for the ceremony, would it not a good idea to schedule received 6 or 630? more I thought it would be good to give people a opportunity to find the place (of our customers are outside foreign), pictures taken, and if someone wants to go and change before the reception they could. Is there anything wrong with that? Thank you for the answers ahead of time. And no immature answers PLEASE!
This is what I propose … Most of my ceremonies are 15 minutes or less (I do not preach about marriage ceremonies — I do religions) In general what happens is that marriage, then spend about an hour there for the wedding to take pictures, etc. – guests have a cocktail in the room Prom. Then the wedding party enters with the introductions … then the first dance, dinner, toasts, garter, bouquet, etc. .. I can get a little more time lines detailed if you're interested. If you have more music and dance tend to be about 4 hours and then — some places, young people, either leave or stay in place for "after the visit of the latter …. I was also in the receptions were 6 hours (reception began 6 people and left at midnight … but for me it was too long and many people left before that). One factor is whether you and your friends are "Sleepwalkers" and "clubbers" … If you have your wedding at 4, the time to get to 5 cocktail hour to be good. Or offered 6 guests chance to cool off – I was a couple with long marriages between the ceremony and reception and no big deal.
