Traditional Chinese Wedding Cake Recipe Help!?
I appeal .. hola! My brother married a wonderful woman who was Chinese a family friend for a long period. My mother and I are cake decorators and bake the wedding cake for this Saturday! want a cake Traditional Chinese Wedding … she gave us these ingredients translated from her mother and her recipe: Separate eggs, add sugar to egg whites, add flour and oil and water. stir until foamy. The problem is that no amount (the mother said, "add the preference? And my mother and I need to know the amounts of each ingredient.) We found this recipe, 1 cup sifted flour 1 tbsp Tea cook 6 eggs, separated 1 cup granulated sugar 1 (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained Whipped Cream Frosting (below), but substitutes for oil pineapple.
