How to send a wedding when they attend RSVP?
I've never been before marriage as an adult, I am in the fog proper etiquette. I received the invitation, but my friend knows he can not attend (which is outside the country), then RSVP, but I will include a note? Money? (Is not that another card?) The RSVP office is on it and I'm sure I must use the attached form. I do not evidence that you can say, HELP!
RSVP that you can not attend. A good thing to do is write a note that you want to participate and some see Nice. 
Then, separately, if you want a gift, try to find where the couple is registered. Most often, its address appears in Register so you can choose to have shipped directly to the point where they choose.
