Yes, it is only images tailored to the customers, and I do all the finishing touches to myself (although my wife's books in InDesign me … it is the best in design, being a professional designer) EDIT: GilJackson, you forgot to add that some photographers do because they wants to retain control over their work, and the price accordingly.
