Wedding Rsvp Online Etiquette

November 11, 2004

"I can not ask customers to confirm their presence at our wedding online instead of sending paper RSVP cards?

In an effort to be green, I would ask people to RSVP to our wedding online. Is this correct? I offer a few people who are unable to use computers, but I do not think there will be a problem with most of the 300 people on our guest list. I'll give you the service Online RSVP anyway which makes it necessary to waste paper and stamps too? If I put myself in his place, I know I would not mind not receiving not a card to send to someone – I'd rather do it myself Online. I am not the traditional type, total and I do not mind label is no longer perfect, but I'm curious what people think they have received an invitation asked them to go Online. Have you ever seen? Thank you in advance!

I offer as an option, but still send RSVP cards / envelopes to everyone on your list. You may think that everyone has a computer and the skills needed to complete the work online, but you assume the most intelligent that many they really are. And believe it or not, some seniors are better able to respond online than you think.
