Wedding Table Number Stands

Bridesmaid problems?
I have 6 bridesmaids. 4 besties 2 sisters. I have recently found the perfect wedding venue, a cruiser on the river. However wedding table would fit only 4 bridesmaids! And to have the ceremony on board the manager of the cruiser noted that with all the wedding party standing up along the isle, with that number nobody would be able to see us get married because of the way it is set out.
In this situation, would it be ok to ask 2 or 3 of them to step down? I don’t want to offend anyone, but i don’t want to miss this absolutely perfect occasion..
My mum has said it would be very insulting to ask anyone to step down, but my moh says it is my wedding and ppl should understand.

No, heres what you do. HAve the bridesmaids walk down the aisle, but as they reach the first row of seats have all but your maid of honor sit down. She will stand with you through the ceremony, the other girls will sit. I have been in weddings where we all sat through the service, it was no big deal at all. At the reception, you and your husband sit at a “sweetheart” table with just the two of you, your wedding party then sit at a nearby table all together. Easy solution.
