Wedding Weight Loss Boot Camp
August 29, 2001

Is a Bridal boot camp worth attending If a Wedding is just 5 weeks Away?
My fiance wants to lose some weight to be able to wear this extremely fitted dress that she’s really fallen in love with. However, she doesn’t think that in her current state she looks good wearing it.
She thinks that if she attends one of these wedding weight loss boot camps that she can get ready in time to fit into this dress by the time we get married.
Do these bridal boot camps really work? Who are some of the best, well known and respected advisers on this matter?
Not looking for spammers, just real and factual advice please. Much appreciated.
Hello Focused,
My name is Travis Garza. I’m a pretty well known fitness advisor in the Oklahoma Area.
I also run a bridal boot camp in the early morning 3 days a week in my area.
I can’t speak for all of them as every trainer will have his own philosophy on these things, but I do recommend you doing a local search in your area regarding bridal bootcamps. It is recommended however, and its not unrealistic for your fiance to be able to look great by the time your big day arrives if you stay committed, follow through on the plan and most of all, believe that she can reach her goal.
Its a good thing that she has a goal dress in mind because if she can actually visualize herself being able to fit in that “dream” dress then you have the incentive and inspiration to reach the goal.
