Wedding White Gold Bands

Would a white gold engagement ring look ok with a gold wedding band?
I really prefer silver and white gold jewelry so I would like my engagement ring to be one of those but I like the traditional look of a gold wedding band so would those two go together decently?
The yellow gold diamond and white gold diamonds don’t go together very well. You are best off getting the same color metal.
