Wedding Workout 2 Months

Is it possible to loose 10lbs in a month? How do I do this?
My Mom is getting married in 2 months. I’m flying out to be there for it. I have been working out a lot & have lost so far 50 pounds in the last year, after having 2 kids in 2 years. I’ve only got about 10-20 lbs to go & I would love to be at least 10lbs lighter at the wedding! I haven’t seen my friends & a lot of that family in over a year. I would love to look my best! I’m eating very well, lots of veggies, fruit, lean meat, whole grains… cutting out sugar, drinking LOTS of water… I just upped my workout & switched it up a bit in the last 2 weeks… So now I’m doing Cardio for 40-70 minutes… 30 minutes of Upper body (2-3 days a week) a day 4-5 days a week. What else should I be doing? Is there anything that would speed up the weight loss? Thanks!
What I ment is that I do cardio 4-5 days a week & do upper body 2-3 days a week. Dose that make more sense?
drink green tea…to assure that u are getting out all of ur toxins. keep doing what ur doing…and maybe change your workout a little mor often than what u have been. like u changed it in the last 2 weeks…well change it again. i dont understand when u said 2-3 days a week, and then 4-5 days a week. workout everyday of the week..and make sure to get your protein so u will be burning fat and not muscle. and when u wake up in the morning, go running, to start ur metabolism up..and then eat healthy when u get back. run for about an hour. and also…stay away from salt, as that makes u retain water…and just keep doing what ur doing. i hope i helped.
